Morning Prayer 5 September 2022

We thank you, 

Father in heaven, that you concern yourself with us 

and that you bind us to yourself through all your deeds 

and all your help. 

We thank you for showing us a way of hope, 

a way that becomes always clearer, always 

firmer under our feet. On this way we can defy every evil of 

this world and time, knowing for sure that everything will come 

out right and we will all be brought to the great, eternal goal, 

even though we have to deny ourselves and go through much 

suffering. Your kingdom must come to the glory of your name, 

so that all people may live on a higher plane and follow you, the 

only true help and true life. Amen.

Dear God.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to live our lives today.

We accept responsibility for the position in which we find 

ourselves. 

Please lead us out of the woods. 

Please give us the wisdom to figure out how to get out of this

financial mess. 

Please grant us the patience to not turn on one another. 

Bless us with the courage to stay focused on You. 

Allow us to remain under Your protection and

not seek assistance elsewhere.

Keep your love in our hearts so that we don't lose hope. 

Bless us, dear Lord, as we continue to

meditate on the promise of  Your word.

Good morning, Lord!

Today is a new day, a chance for a new start. 

Yesterday is gone and with any regrets, mistakes

or failures I may have experienced. 

Thank you for this day, Lord, a new

opportunity to love, 

give and be all that you want me to be. Amen!

 All of My Anxieties

Casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.

l PETER 5:7 ESV

You ask me to cast all of my anxieties on You, Lord. 

To release them from my tight grip and toss them all the

way to Your loving hands. 

No one else I know would make an offer like that. 

Who in the world would want to carry all of my burdens, 

especially with the stress I've been under lately? 

No one!

But You? 

You're not only willing but able to carry them all. 

And You desire to lift these burdens from me because

You care so deeply for me. 

Your love means everything to  me, Father. 

Thank You for reminding me I don't have to bear my problems alone. 

Amen!

Almighty Father, 

Thank You for bringing us safe to the

end of this day. 

Thank You for Your endless love 

and Mercy. 

May You keep us under Your mighty wings,

safe from all dangers and illnesses. 

Continue to guard us as we sleep Lord. 

May the Holy Spirit renew our hearts

and give us Peace. 

I ask this prayer through Christ,

Our Saviour,

AMEN.

 God says:

I've heard your cries,

I can feel your pain. 

I have not forgotten you. 

I know that you may not understand all

that I do and allow, 

but I AM always in control. 

I alone have all power. 

Out of your hurt and disappointments, 

I will bring great joy. 

I need you to hold on during these difficult

days ahead. 

Everything is going to be alright.

Place your faith and trust in Me like never before.

Be still and know that I AM GOD.
