Morning Prayer
September 2, 2022
Good morning, Lord!
Today is a new day, a chance for a new start.
Yesterday is gone and with any regrets, mistakes
or failures I may have experienced.
Thank you for this day, Lord, a new
opportunity to love,
give and be all that you want me to be. Amen!
All of My Anxieties
Casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.
l PETER 5:7 ESV
You ask me to cast all of my anxieties on You, Lord.
To release them from my tight grip and toss them all the
way to Your loving hands.
No one else I know would make an offer like that.
Who in the world would want to carry all of my burdens,
especially with the stress I've been under lately?
No one!
But You?
You're not only willing but able to carry them all.
And You desire to lift these burdens from me because
You care so deeply for me.
Your love means everything to me, Father.
Thank You for reminding me I don't have to bear my problems alone.
Amen!
Casting is a fishing term. When was the last time you "cast" your cares on the Lord?
PRAYER FOR TONIGHT
Almighty Father,
Thank You for bringing us safe to the
end of this day.
Thank You for Your endless love
and Mercy.
May You keep us under Your mighty wings,
safe from all dangers and illnesses.
Continue to guard us as we sleep Lord.
May the Holy Spirit renew our hearts
and give us Peace.
I ask this prayer through Christ,
Our Saviour,
AMEN.
God says:
I've heard your cries,
I can feel your pain.
I have not forgotten you.
I know that you may not understand all
that I do and allow,
but I AM always in control.
I alone have all power.
Out of your hurt and disappointments,
I will bring great joy.
I need you to hold on during these difficult
days ahead.
Everything is going to be alright.
Place your faith and trust in Me like never before.
Be still and know that I AM GOD.

God, You know me.
You know what I am facing,
and what I've already overcome.
Please draw near to
me right now.
Please remind me that You
are near me.
Show me glimpses of
Your faithfulness in this season.
Restore my hope and my joy,
and teach me how to place my trust
in You.

I've Got Plans for You
O Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like you in all of heaven above or on the earth below.
You keep Your covenant and show unfailing love to all who walk before You in wholehearted devotion.

Wait with Me for a while.
There is so much that I want to tell to you.
I have great plans for you.
I have all the details worked out.
You are walking along the path I have chosen for you.
Just follow Me, and I'll show you what to do.
Sometimes you'll feel that you aren't good enough or brave
enough to carry out My assignment.
But you're looking at your imperfections.
I am looking at My Power-that makes you good enough and brave enough.
Sometimes My plan will call for you to stand out from the crowd.
Don't be afraid to be different; it doesn't matter what other people think.
Just stay on the path of Life with Me- trusting Me with all your heart.
