God’s Grace Is Unmerited By Joseph Prince

God’s Grace Is Unmerited By Joseph Prince

Galatians 5:4
4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

What is the grace of God? Simply put, the grace of God is God blessing, healing, delivering and prospering you because of Jesus. The grace of God is His unearned, unmerited and undeserved favor toward you simply because of Jesus’ finished work at the cross.

Because God’s grace is based on Jesus’ work and not yours, the only way you fall from this grace is by believing that you can earn, merit and deserve it through your obedience and good works.

For example, you fall from grace when you say, “God has to answer my prayer because I have prayed long enough.” You also fall from grace when you think that because you are serving in church or you have kicked a bad habit, God is pleased with you and He has to bless you.

When you think that it is by your efforts and obedience that you receive God’s blessings, you become like the Pharisees. They believed that their law-keeping justified them and ensured that God would bless them. But the truth is that when you believe like them, “you have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace”. This means that you are cut off from Christ, who is your salvation, Redeemer, healer and provider. Christ has become of no effect to you!

My friend, surely you would want Christ to be of effect to you. People to whom Christ is of effect receive from Him the miracle they need. When He is of effect to them, He is their healer and they get healed. He is their wisdom and they are wise before man. He is their good success and they experience good success in all that they do.

Beloved, for Christ to always be of effect to you and to never nullify the grace of God operating in your life, just remember and believe that it is because of Christ and His finished work — His blood, His stripes, His death, His obedience — that you are justified, healed, prosperous and blessed!

100 Days of Favor : Day 23

Father, I thank You that You are for me and not against me. You are interested in my success and because Your unmerited favor is upon me, I do not have to resort to apple polishing, backstabbing and all kinds of compromises just to get ahead in life. Today, I rest in Your love and Your good plans to set me up for success. #picfx

One Word

Some days leave you feeling like Dorothy, spinning around in the middle of a tornado and terrified that you are going to fall at any moment. When that happens, whisper My Name

That one simple word will help you remember that I am right beside you. One simple word declares that you know I am Lord of all and in control of all. One word opens your heart to My Power and Peace in the middle of the storm.

Always remember . . . I’m only one word away.

Jesus

Got a cough, so what.

For the first time after 5 years,
I am hit by a cough. Probably by too much swimming while I was in Manila and Cebu?

Wooow! I am still human indeed. Lolx!

Inspite of it all, feeling dizzy, and want to throw up and all it doesn't affect my faith anymore.
Because I know the truth...
The truth that Jesus has died for my health.

At the cross He gave it all ...and by His stripes I have been healed.

That's why...
in the midst of my temporary sickness I shall declare,

"Jesus is my healer!"

I know this is just temporary.
and it's going to flee because
JESUS is my healer! Isaiah 53:5

Yeaaaah!

Jesus is my healer!

Jesus is my healer!!

Jesus is my healer!!!

Thank You Jesus !!!

Halleluyaaah!

100 Days Of Favor Day 20

Everyday , as you get real busy to survive the day, you need this to refill your thoughts, energy and restore your soul.

I needed it. I am sharing it.
Be blessed.

Today's Prayer: Father, I thank You that You can and want to promote me beyond my educational qualifications, natural abilities and work experience. As You only want me to have good #success, I ask that You open doors of opportunities that are good for me and shut those doors that are bad for me. Help me to always keep my eyes on #Jesus so that promotions and success do not get the better of me. Fixing my eyes on Jesus makes me safe for the good success that He has for me. #Phonto

Our Covenant-Keeping God

When God promised to give Abraham land, Abraham asked, “God, how can I be sure?” And as if His word wasn’t good enough, God went one step further and cut a covenant with Abraham, binding Himself irrevocably to it to reassure His friend that He would do as promised (Genesis 15:7–8, 18).

Let me say something about God’s covenants. They can never be broken, only replaced with a better one. My friend, God will do as He has promised you, and to set your heart at ease, He bound Himself to a covenant with you when He cut it with your representative, Jesus, at Calvary.

So rest easy in the knowledge that you have a covenant-keeping God who CANNOT break His covenant or renege on His promises. Simply lean on His faithfulness and like Abraham, you will walk in your inheritance and healing.
