You Have The Real Thing by Joseph Prince

He also brought them out with silver and gold, and there was none feeble among His tribes.
Psalm 105:37
"You Have The Real Thing"

They ate their way out of slavery and bondage.

On the night of the first Passover, God had told His people to take a lamb for each household, roast it, apply its blood on their doorposts and eat the roasted lamb in their homes that night. The next day, all the Israelites, with “none feeble” among them, walked out of Egypt into freedom.

Why eat the lamb roasted? Because it was a picture of Jesus, the true Lamb of God, exhausting the fiery wrath of God for all our sins and paying the full price for our healing at the cross.

The physical roasted lamb the Israelites ate was a shadow. Today, you have the real thing. Whenever you partake of the Holy Communion, see the true Lamb of God judged for your sins and sicknesses. He has freed and delivered you from every disease!

Blessings,
Joseph Prince

Jesus Can Identify With Your Pain By Joseph Prince

Jesus Can Identify With Your Pain
By Joseph Prince

Leviticus 2:4
4 ‘And if you bring as an offering a grain offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.

Private pains, deep hurts, shameful addictions. You may think that nobody understands what you are going through, but God does. He can identify with all your pains and is able to help you. (Hebrews 2:18, 4:15)

In the Old Testament, the grain offering brought to God speaks of Jesus’ life on earth. The fine flour, which the grain offering is made with, is flour that has been pounded, ground, beaten and sifted through to get it consistently even and fine. Therefore, it typifies the humanity and sufferings of Jesus.

One of the ways the Jewish women prepared the grain offering was to bake it. The baking done in the depths of the oven speaks of the “hidden” sufferings that Jesus went though. I believe that Jesus faced sufferings that we cannot fully understand. Even as a young boy, He must have gone through sufferings that prepared Him to die for all humanity at the cross. And during His ministry years, it must have grieved Him when time and time again, He found unbelief not just in the people around Him, but even in His disciples.

Jesus also suffered at the hands of men — slanderers who misunderstood Him. Once, the Pharisees insinuated that He was born out of wedlock because His mother was with child before she married Joseph. (John 8:39, 41) That scandalous remark, probably not the first, must have hurt Him.

Consider also the temptations He faced. There were not only three. God’s Word says that He was tempted for 40 days! (Luke 4:2) Not all the temptations were recorded. Those 40 days must have tried Him sorely.

What do all these mean?

My friend, Jesus went through all those temptations and sufferings for you, yet He did not sin. (Hebrews 4:15) There is no temptation or suffering that you are going through that He cannot identify with. So come to His throne of grace today and receive His superabounding grace to face and overcome those trials in your life!

Jesus' Promise To You

“The mountains may disappear, and the hills may come to an end.
But my love will never disappear. My promise of peace will not come to an end,” says the Lord who shows mercy to you.

—Isaiah 54:10 (ICB)

I am always here for you.

Once you have trusted Me as your Savior, I never leave your side. There may be times when you feel far away from Me. But that is just a feeling; it is not fact. You can find the truth in My promises throughout the Bible. I promised Jacob that I would never leave him. I promised Joshua the same thing. And My last promise was to all of My followers: I am with you always, until the end of time. I promised them, and I promise you.

The mountains may disappear and the hills may come to an end, but even then I will never leave you. My Love lasts forever; it never fails.

God’s Grace Is Unmerited By Joseph Prince

God’s Grace Is Unmerited By Joseph Prince

Galatians 5:4
4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

What is the grace of God? Simply put, the grace of God is God blessing, healing, delivering and prospering you because of Jesus. The grace of God is His unearned, unmerited and undeserved favor toward you simply because of Jesus’ finished work at the cross.

Because God’s grace is based on Jesus’ work and not yours, the only way you fall from this grace is by believing that you can earn, merit and deserve it through your obedience and good works.

For example, you fall from grace when you say, “God has to answer my prayer because I have prayed long enough.” You also fall from grace when you think that because you are serving in church or you have kicked a bad habit, God is pleased with you and He has to bless you.

When you think that it is by your efforts and obedience that you receive God’s blessings, you become like the Pharisees. They believed that their law-keeping justified them and ensured that God would bless them. But the truth is that when you believe like them, “you have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace”. This means that you are cut off from Christ, who is your salvation, Redeemer, healer and provider. Christ has become of no effect to you!

My friend, surely you would want Christ to be of effect to you. People to whom Christ is of effect receive from Him the miracle they need. When He is of effect to them, He is their healer and they get healed. He is their wisdom and they are wise before man. He is their good success and they experience good success in all that they do.

Beloved, for Christ to always be of effect to you and to never nullify the grace of God operating in your life, just remember and believe that it is because of Christ and His finished work — His blood, His stripes, His death, His obedience — that you are justified, healed, prosperous and blessed!

One Word

Some days leave you feeling like Dorothy, spinning around in the middle of a tornado and terrified that you are going to fall at any moment. When that happens, whisper My Name

That one simple word will help you remember that I am right beside you. One simple word declares that you know I am Lord of all and in control of all. One word opens your heart to My Power and Peace in the middle of the storm.

Always remember . . . I’m only one word away.

Got a cough, so what.

For the first time after 5 years,
I am hit by a cough. Probably by too much swimming while I was in Manila and Cebu?

Wooow! I am still human indeed. Lolx!

Inspite of it all, feeling dizzy, and want to throw up and all it doesn't affect my faith anymore.
Because I know the truth...
The truth that Jesus has died for my health.

At the cross He gave it all ...and by His stripes I have been healed.

That's why...
in the midst of my temporary sickness I shall declare,

"Jesus is my healer!"

I know this is just temporary.
and it's going to flee because
JESUS is my healer! Isaiah 53:5

Yeaaaah!

Jesus is my healer!

Jesus is my healer!!

Jesus is my healer!!!

Thank You Jesus !!!

Halleluyaaah!
